My name is Jill Paone. I am a Certified Health & Wellness Coach who, because of my own experience with traditional medicine and its limitations, has decided the time is right to share my training and experience with others who are looking for a complimentary approach to wellness. Bella Verde Health and Wellness Coaching is my tool for doing that.
You see, I know that you are unique in the way your body responds to Food, Stress, and Relationships, and that Self-care must be a priority if you truly wish to heal yourself and avoid disease.
How you treat your body every day will determine how healthy, or unhealthy, you feel.
While it may seem like I’m stating the obvious here, it really cannot be said enough that the things you do to, and put into, your body have short-term and long-term consequences that effect everything you think, feel, and do on a daily basis. From fueling yourself with food to levels of physical activity; from your attitude to your actions; you and the choices you make are the single most important difference between ill health and wellness.
The foods you choose to eat affect do far more than make it possible to get through each day. From my own experience and training, I know that food heals, and can work for you or against you. While you always can do more to make yourself feel healthy, it all begins with eating well. When we work together, you will discover:

With all of that said, I do not proclaim to be a medical professional. I am just a regular individual, like you, who decided to take her power back and stop feeling helpless about my failing health. I did this through research and all that I learned about nutrition and lifestyle at Institute for Integrative Nutrition™, in order to have options to help heal myself, and make myself the healthiest and happiest version of myself that I could be.
